📡 International Collaboration Proposal

A Day in Your Army

A respectful, professional and high-quality documentary series, produced by a French independent media platform reaching millions of monthly views across YouTube and podcast platforms.

01 · Who I Am

Benjamin Sant · Founder & Host

Benjamin Sant, Lieutenant, Saint-Cyr
Former French Army Lieutenant · Saint-Cyr Graduate

I am a former Lieutenant of the French Army, graduate of the Saint-Cyr Special Military Academy, France's leading institution for the training of Army officers. I served as an active-duty officer at the 2nd Régiment du Matériel (2e RMAT), in charge of logistics, technical support and personnel management before transitioning to the civilian sector.

I am now a fully independent civilian. I founded ARMYPREPS, a platform that prepares young civilians for the selection process of the French Armed Forces, over 4 000 candidates accompanied to date, with documented results across all branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Gendarmerie, Foreign Legion, Special Forces selections).

I also produce and host the podcast Paroles de Guerriers (Words of Warriors), giving the microphone to French military personnel, from infantry NCOs to Special Forces operators and Gendarmerie tactical units. The platform reaches a highly qualified audience of current servicemen, veterans, military families, future recruits, and civilians passionate about defence.

This proposal is about extending that work internationally, in respectful partnership with foreign armed forces.

02 · The Project

A Day in Your Army

A short documentary series, 5 to 8 episodes, showing the real daily life of soldiers from one selected unit of your armed forces. Training, drills, equipment, missions, human stories. Filmed on-site, edited at international standards, distributed on YouTube and across major podcast platforms.

The series follows the format proven by Paroles de Guerriers in France, but extended to a cross-cultural perspective, French viewers discovering how an allied or partner army operates, and your own army gaining exposure to a new, qualified audience.

04 · Security & Image Processing

Your security comes first

Operational security is the foundation of any collaboration. The full production process is designed to respect your protocols at every step.

  • Pre-approval of scope: the unit, the missions, the locations, the personnel, all defined in writing with your communications office before any filming begins.
  • Face blurring & voice modulation: available systematically on request. Mandatory for any personnel from sensitive units or with operational exposure.
  • Identity protection: first names changed, unit insignia masked, ranks anonymised, whatever you require.
  • Location obfuscation: no geotagged content, no recognisable backdrops, no information that could compromise base security.
  • Equipment screening: all weapons, optics, comms gear or tactics shown only with your explicit written authorisation.
  • NDA & legal framework: a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before any production. We can adopt your standard legal template.
  • Final cut review: nothing is published without your communications office signing off on the final edit. Period.
